Arian Pedram
CS student focused on product and building software. I turn messy workflows into products people actually use, combining product thinking with rapid execution to improve how communities connect and how businesses operate.
About
My work centers on identifying friction, understanding user behavior, and turning broken processes into systems that are intuitive, scalable, and easy to adopt. I'm interested in product work where the challenge isn't just building features, but understanding which problems are worth solving and turning that insight into something users actually adopt.
How I work
- Ownership — I move from problem identification to execution quickly.
- Iteration — I use user behavior and metrics to guide product decisions.
- Systems Thinking — I design for workflows, adoption, and scalability.
Featured Work
iroonis — Community Platform (2024 — Now)
Role: Founder · Product · Engineering. Built a community platform to transform fragmented cultural discovery into a scalable engagement system for the Iranian diaspora. Validated demand with 5,000+ visitors, identified retention as the core challenge, and pivoted the roadmap toward an account-based ecosystem with saved events, organizer follows, and personalized dashboards.
Insight: acquisition validates interest, but retention depends on whether the product creates a repeatable behavior.
Renline — Internal CRM (2024)
Role: Product · Design · Engineering. Designed an internal CRM to centralize sales workflows, reduce quoting friction, and improve lead visibility for a renovation business. Unified fragmented lead and project data, reduced quote turnaround through integrated estimate generation, and improved pipeline visibility by replacing disconnected manual processes.
Insight: adoption improves when workflows are simplified at the point of use.
Stats
